Shipping to the cargo receiving Russian Post terminal in Yekaterinburg is carried out at the expense of the store, i.e. for you free of charge.

Important: Your passport data (full name, series/number) and phone number (requirements of the transport company) may be required for registration of shipping by the post or transport company.

If you have any questions about the warranty, or exchange/return, the Buyer should contact the Seller by writing to the email address: sale@imba-gear.com, order number and describe the essence of the problem.

1. Return of goods of proper quality

1.1 In accordance with clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Ordered Goods at any time before its transfer.

1.2 In the case of remote sale of Goods of proper quality, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of its receipt. The return of the Product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved. The buyer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties.

1.3 In case of refusal of the Goods, the Buyer reimburses the Seller’s expenses for the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer and makes a return at his own expense.

2. Return of goods of improper quality

2.1 The Buyer to whom the Goods of improper quality were sold, if this was not agreed by the Seller at the time of the sale of the Goods, and the Buyer was satisfied with this condition, has the right to demand within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the Order at his choice:

gratuitous elimination of defects in the Product or reimbursement of the costs of their correction by the Buyer or a third party;

a proportionate reduction in the purchase price;

replacement for a product of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same Product of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;

independently perform the elimination of defects by prior mutual consent with the Seller in writing by e-mail;

The Customer has the right to refuse to perform the contract and demand a return of the amount paid for the Goods. At the Seller’s request and at his expense, the Buyer must return the Goods with defects;

2.2 In the case of a request for replacement/return, the Seller is obliged to make a decision on replacement/return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods from the Buyer, and if necessary, additional quality control of such Goods by the Seller, within 20 (twenty) calendar days.

2.3 The Seller undertakes to conduct an examination of the Goods of improper quality at his own expense. If, as a result of the examination of the Goods, it is established that its shortcomings arose as a result of circumstances for which the Seller (manufacturer) is not responsible, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the Seller (manufacturer) for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the costs associated with its storage and transportation of the Goods.

2.4 The examination of the Goods is carried out within the time limits established by Articles 20, 21 and 22 of this Law to meet the relevant requirements of the Buyer. The Buyer has the right to be present at the examination of the Goods and, in case of disagreement with its results, to challenge the conclusion of such an examination in court.

3. Repayment of money

3.1 When returning the amount of the advance payment made by the Buyer in a non-cash manner, including when using electronic money to pay for the Goods, the bank and other commissions paid by the Buyer in this regard are not compensated by the seller.

3.2 In the event of the Buyer’s refusal of the Goods, the Seller returns to the Buyer the amount of money paid by him for the Goods, less the Seller’s costs for delivery to the Buyer, if such costs occur. The Buyer returns the Goods to the Seller at his own expense.

3.3 The return is made within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods of proper quality, as well as the request for a return.
